The neighbourhoods we collect from across Makkah — from the Haram area and Jabal Omar out to Aziziyah and Al Awali.

Our base is in Ajyad, inside postal district 24231, which puts us within a few minutes of the Holy Mosque. From there our drivers cover the whole city. How quickly we reach you depends mostly on which neighbourhood you are in and what the traffic around the Haram looks like at that hour, so each area page tells you what to expect rather than promising one number for everywhere.

The Haram area, Jabal Omar, Misfalah and Kudai are all close in, so pickups there are normally the quickest. Aziziyah, Al Rusaifah, Al Maabda and Al Awali sit further out and get busy during Hajj and Ramadan, when we run extra drivers to keep collection times reasonable. Collection is free in every area listed here, with no minimum order and no delivery charge added on return.

Some areas also have pages for a specific service — express turnaround or Ihram cleaning in that neighbourhood, for example — and you will find those linked from the area page itself. If you are staying somewhere not listed, send the district name on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether we reach you and how long it takes.
