Errands we run for hotel guests beyond laundry — Zamzam water, pharmacy items, local SIM cards, transport and barber visits.

Laundry is what most people message us about first, but pilgrims staying near the Haram usually need a few other small things sorted out — and walking out to find them costs time you would rather spend praying. Because our drivers are already moving through the city all day collecting and returning laundry, we handle those errands on the same runs and the same WhatsApp number.

That covers sealed Zamzam water brought up to your room, a pharmacy run when someone in the group is unwell, a local SIM with data so you can call home without roaming charges, a car for Ziyarat trips or the drive to Madinah, and a barber for head shaving after Umrah or Hajj. There is no package to sign up for and nothing is bundled. Ask for one thing or several, and we will tell you the price and the timing before we start. If what you need is not on this list, message us anyway — if it is something we can reasonably collect or arrange in Makkah, we usually can.
