About hajj guides
The checklists and timelines are written for pilgrims staying in Makkah hotels and apartments. They cover practical packing and garment care only; for anything touching the rites themselves, follow your Hajj group and a qualified scholar. Read them a few weeks before you travel so there is time to buy a laundry bag, quick-dry underwear and spare socks.
When you return to the city, we collect from the main lobby or ground-floor entrance of your hotel. Iron and fold is 13 SAR/kg (no washing), express laundry is 25 SAR/kg with a 3-hour turnaround, regular washing is quoted on WhatsApp, and pickup and delivery are always free with no minimum order.
