Is Dar Al Tawhid one of the Abraj Al Bait tower hotels?

Dar Al Tawhid InterContinental Makkah is a separate Haram-area property. Do not select a Fairmont, Raffles or Swissôtel meeting point for a Dar Al Tawhid request. The complete InterContinental hotel name helps distinguish the reservation from a general Haram-area location.

How do I arrange handover if I will be at prayer?

Give a window when you can actually attend the Dar Al Tawhid handover, rather than leaving the courier to wait while you are away. Agree the collection time before going out and message us if your availability changes. No particular gate or entrance is assumed here.

Should I leave my bag at Dar Al Tawhid reception?

Only do that if reception agrees and we have confirmed how collection will work. Otherwise meet the courier personally at the approved point. Keep a garment count and check the return arrangement before letting the bag leave your possession.

What are your laundry rates?

Ask the hotel for its current rate. Ours: 13 SAR/kg iron & fold (no washing), 25 SAR/kg express; washing quoted on WhatsApp. Ihram cleaning: 15 SAR per piece. Confirm garment instructions before handover.

How do I arrange collection and return?

Agree a permitted lobby or entrance handover on WhatsApp; no room pickup is assumed. Open 24/7. Estimated pickup: about 15 minutes, subject to confirmation. Express turnaround: 3 hours; confirm availability before collection.
