Iron & fold is for clothes that are already clean but creased from a suitcase, a long bus ride or a day of walking. We press each piece and return it folded, ready to pack or wear. It is the right choice for thobes, shirts, trousers, abayas and other everyday clothes that you have washed yourself or that were never worn.

Because the price is per kilogram, a few shirts cost very little, and you do not need to wait until you have a large bag. Tell us roughly how much you have and we confirm the total on WhatsApp before pickup.

   Message us on WhatsApp with your hotel name and roughly how many kilograms you have.

   We confirm the price and a pickup time. Pickup usually takes about 15 minutes; the time is an estimate and is confirmed before handover.

   Meet our team at the main lobby or ground-floor entrance. We never collect from rooms or guest floors.

We are an independent service and not affiliated with any hotel. That means you deal with us directly on WhatsApp, and the price you are quoted is the price you pay.

• Empty every pocket — pens, receipts and prayer beads can damage fabric under the iron.
• Keep delicate or embellished pieces in a separate bag and tell us about them.
• Mention any piece you need first, for example a thobe for Friday prayer.
• If a garment is stained, ask for washing instead; pressing can set a stain into the fabric.
