Does ZamZam identify the city for my laundry request?

No. Use “Pullman ZamZam Makkah” in full. A similarly named Pullman ZamZam hotel exists in Madinah, so a shortened message can be ambiguous during a multi-city pilgrimage. This guide covers the Makkah property within Abraj Al Bait.

Can I hand over at any Abraj Al Bait hotel entrance?

Do not pick another hotel entrance just because it belongs to the same complex. State that you are staying at Pullman and agree an accessible handover point first. Send a location pin if you are waiting somewhere other than the confirmed hotel meeting point.

What should I mention before leaving Pullman for Madinah?

Tell us the transfer date, the latest time you can receive garments and whether any clothes are essential for the journey. Request confirmation of the return plan before collection; do not assume a Makkah order can be delivered to Madinah.

What are your laundry rates?

Ask the hotel for its current rate. Ours: 13 SAR/kg iron & fold (no washing), 25 SAR/kg express; washing quoted on WhatsApp. Ihram cleaning: 15 SAR per piece. Confirm garment instructions before handover.

How do I arrange collection and return?

Agree a permitted lobby or entrance handover on WhatsApp; no room pickup is assumed. Open 24/7. Estimated pickup: about 15 minutes, subject to confirmation. Express turnaround: 3 hours; confirm availability before collection.
