Prices are confirmed on WhatsApp before your clothes leave the hotel. The final weight is checked at handover, so the total you pay matches the service you chose.
How pickup works
- 1Send your hotel name and the service you want on WhatsApp.
- 2We confirm the price and a pickup time — usually about 15 minutes, 24/7.
- 3Hand over at the main lobby or ground-floor entrance. We never go to rooms or guest floors.
- 4Clothes come back to the same handover point.
Which service should I choose?
- Clothes already clean but creased? Choose iron & fold at 13 SAR/kg.
- Need clothes washed and back fast? Choose 3-hour express laundry at 25 SAR/kg.
- Ihram cloths? Our Ihram cleaning service is 15 SAR per piece.
- Normal washing without a deadline? Ask for a quote on WhatsApp.
